A short tourist lease is an agreement in which the use and enjoyment of a specific property is offered, and to qualify as such it must be for a maximum duration of 30 days.
We always guarantee luggage storage service, depending on the case you can leave your belongings in a room in the property where you stayed, or you can entrust them to us directly at our physical location, you will be given a receipt slip with which you can come to claim them when you leave.
Like hotels, private properties for tourist tenant use are subject to municipal regulations regarding the payment of tourist tax. This is a small amount, often included in the price, that will serve to make your vacation more enjoyable!
